Payment system for purchase

Conditions:Payment plans with installment options are available.
Payment terms (foreign quota)
- Deposit 50,000 (1 bedroom) б 100,000 baht (2 bedrooms);
- 30% contractual payment within 15 days;
- 30% installment payment until the end of construction, 30 payments (for 2.5 years);
- 40% upon receipt of the keys.

- Deposit 50,000 (1 bedroom) or 100,000 baht (2 bedrooms);
- 20% contractual payment within 15 days;
- 20% installment payment until the end of construction, 30 payments (for 2.5 years);
- 40% upon receipt of the keys.
(Booking 50,000 baht is deducted from the contract value)
Additional payments:
- Depreciation fund: 500 baht / 1 sq.m. (one-time payment);
- The annual maintenance fee is 40 baht per square meter per month;
- Installation of meters for light and water at the expense of the buyer;
- Payment of tax at the Land Department at the expense of the buyer is 1% of the cost.
