Conditions:
Payment system:

• Booking: Deposit 50,000 baht;
• 20% contractual payment within 15 -30 days;
• 40% installment payment until the end of construction (8 payments quarterly) ;
• 40% upon receipt of the keys.

Additional payments:

• Depreciation fund 700 baht / 1 sq.m. (one-time payment);
• The annual maintenance fee is 75 baht per square meter per month.;
• Installation of meters for light and water at the expense of the buyer;
• Payment of tax at the Land Department at the expense of the buyer is 1% of the cost.

Types of apartments:

• 1 bedroom (47-53 sq.m.);
• 2 bedrooms (93-117 sq.m.);
  
• 3 bedrooms (153-164 sq.m.);
• Penthouse (282 sq.m.).
