Payment terms (foreign quota)

• Deposit 50,000 (1 bedroom) б 100,000 baht (2 bedrooms);
• 30% contractual payment within 15 days;
• 30% installment payment until the end of construction, 30 payments (for 2.5 years);
• 40% upon receipt of the keys.

Payment terms (Thai quota)

• Deposit 50,000 (1 bedroom) б 100,000 baht (2 bedrooms);
• 20% contractual payment within 15 days;
• 20% installment payment until the end of construction, 30 payments (for 2.5 years);
• 40% upon receipt of the keys.

(Booking 50,000 baht is deducted from the contract value)
Additional payments:

• Depreciation fund: 500 baht / 1 sq.m. (one-time payment);
• The annual maintenance fee is 40 baht per square meter per month;
• Installation of meters for light and water at the expense of the buyer;
• Payment of tax at the Land Department at the expense of the buyer is 1% of the cost.
