• 20% contractual payment within 15 -30 days;
• 40% installment until completion of construction (quarterly 8 payments) ;
• 40% when you get the keys.

Additional fees:

• Depreciation fund 700 baht / 1 sqm (one-time payment);
• Annual maintenance fee of 75 baht per square meter per month;
• Installation of meters for light and water at the expense of the buyer;
• Payment of tax at the Land Department at the buyer's expense 1% of the value.
